When u start wlaking towards the first checkpoint u will notice on ur radar a red dot moving fast from right to left. it is flood person holding the skull. if u have a partner have him aim towards the first building on the right at the top while u go and lure the flood guy out. u must shoot him while he is in air the fog skull is on the “floodgate misson”.
