All Gold and Silver Skulls in Halo 3… Except 1
We have finished all of our Halo 3 Skull Guides, including all of the Gold Skulls, and Silver Skulls (including the Cowbell Skull), except for 1 Silver Skull remaining. The final skull that needs to be found is the “I Would Have Been Your Daddy”, or IWHBYD Skull, the one that unlocks extra dialogue throughout the game. We have reason to believe that it is located on “The Covenant”, but nothing has been confirmed as of yet.
From what we’ve heard, it is the hardest of the Skulls in [tag]Halo 3[/tag] to find! If you happen to run into it, drop us a line!

Preparation
Secure a gravity lift item. On the beach where you fight the Scarab, there is
a small brown structure with three portable gravity lifts. Take them after
destroying the Scarab so you can reach this target.
Location
Head into the Map Room after defeating the Scarab. There will be a large two-
level room with a purple energy column right before the room with the skull.
The room with the skull has a long ramp (going down) and several cubbyholes
stacked vertically at the bottom of the ramp; players need to use the gravity
lift to boost their jumps to the top-most cubby where the skull is placed.

It Is On The Covanent And You Do Need To Jump Though The Rings. (1 - 7 Rings) (Ring 4 Should Have A little Red On It Telling You Thats The Middle One). The Code To The Rings Are 4 6 5 4 5 3 4 And It Gets You The IWHBYD Skull, Or You Can Do It The Long Way 4 6 2 1 1 7 3 5 3 2 6 1 4 5 2 7 3 6 1 3 2 5 4 6 What Gets You The Same Skull IWHBYD. But Theres More Then 13 Skulls. Theres 16 Skulls, If You Can Find The 15 And 16 Tell Me. I Know Where The 14th Is But I Wont Tell You, But I’ll Tell You What Level Its In. “Cortana” And I Can Tell You What It Does. Bungie Put Another Blind Skull In The Game. Thank You. hey the skull that you have not found i have information about. You are right it is on the level covenant. u have to jump through the halo rings after killing the prophet. there is a specific order to jump though.
There are 7 rings ( 1 is at the entrance and 7 is at the area where u killed the prophet) jump[ through in this order

for the famine skull it works a lot easier if you have a deployable shield:
1 go to the platform by the beam that leads to the skull.
2 then follow the beam on the left side until the platform ends
3 go to the corner until u almost fall off and turn around
4 look at your feet (make sure you see the beam on the left and your lookin at the platform AND your feet)
5 deploy the shield (you should fall off the platform. If not than try again closser to the edge).
6 get back to the top and jump on the shield than jump to the beam and get the skull
