I read on this site that to get the Rogue Helmet, you have to become a Spartan Officer. Also, to get the achievement "Spartan Officer". Well I reached Spartan Officer, got the gold ribbon and everything, but I don't have the achievement and don't have the Rogue Helmet. Can anyone help me out with this?

1.get 50 exp in any playlist
2.make shure your a lieutenant in custom games too
